全坪済貯水池は、梅月洞と碧津洞地域の農場に農業用水を供給し、洪水と干ばつを防ぐために1943年に建設されました。 1999 年から貯水池は休憩所に変更され、貯水池を渡って中央の人工島まで木製のデッキが設置されました。このエリアは現在、家族連れの観光客のための水辺のリラクゼーションと環境探索のスペースとして機能しています。
