チェ・スンヒョ邸は楊林山の南東斜面に位置する伝統的な住宅です。東に開いた長方形の建物は、正面8間(2本の柱の間)、側面4間で、伝統的な寄棟造りの切妻屋根が特徴です。この建物は 1920 年代に建てられたもので、日本統治時代末期の韓国住宅の建築様式を垣間見ることができる貴重な建物です。チェ・サンヒョンさんは、屋根裏部屋を他の活動家たちの避難場所として提供した活動家だった。
