Located in Eumjido Marine Park, it is a building with a total floor area of 7,576㎡ and consists of an exhibition building and a solar power tower. It is equipped with the largest solar power generation facility in Korea (600kW) and the highest height (136m) for a single building. Changwon Solar Tower, which will become one of Changwon's landmarks, is a sail-shaped building with about 200 solar modules attached, and a circular observatory symbolizing the sun at a height of 120m, overlooking the nearby Busan New Port, Geoga Bridge, and the waters off Jinhae Bay.
