GYEONGSANGNAM-DO WEATHER
* Shineosan, meaning two fish *
Sineosan Mountain (631.1m), located in Sambang-dong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, is fun to climb because you can see the city of Gimhae from the ridge, and there is a sky bridge between the strangely shaped cliffs, making the hike even more enjoyable. The Nakdong River flows to the northeast, and the vast Gimhae Plain spreads to the south.
Gujibong Peak, which is said to be the site of King Kim Suro, the founder of Garak Kingdom, is located at the western end of this mountain range. On the way from the summit to peak 630 along the main ridge road to the west, there are rocky peaks here and there, and the scenery overlooking the vast Gimhae Plain is spectacular. If you climb up to the 460th peak along the southern ridge from Peak 580 and look at Shineosan Mountain, you will be amazed by the beautiful scenery. If you go down from the observatory-like rock at Peak 460 to the eastern valley, you will find Cheonjinam Hermitage under the rock wall, and you will reach Eunhasa Temple through a forest path and a bamboo field path. The view from the summit includes Mt. Euksan, Mt. Togok, Mt. Maebong, Mt. Obong, and Godangbong and Paribong peaks of Geumjeongsan Mountain are clearly visible.
As Mt. Olympus of Gaya, there are early historical temples such as Eunhasa Temple and Yeonggwiam Temple, and there is also a foundation. Guamsa Temple is mentioned in 《New Jeung Dongguk Yeoji Seungnam (New Jeung Dongguk Yeoji Seungnam)》. ·This mountain is said to be home to Sipseonsa Temple, Cheongnyangsa Temple, and Isesa Temple, and can be said to be a sacred site of Southern Buddhism along with the myth of Bulmosan Mountain (801m).

* Origin of Shineosan *
New fish refers to the two fish carved on the front of King Suro’s tomb. There are two ancient temples, Eunhasa Temple and Donglim Temple, built in the early days of Garak Kingdom. Eunhasa Temple was founded by Jang Yu-hwasang during the reign of King Suro of Garak Kingdom, and its original name was Seorimsa Temple. There is a double fish pattern on the sumidan of the main hall, which suggests that it had a relationship with the Indian state of Ayutthaya.
