Bangjangsan Mountain (733.6m) is a branch of the Noryeong Mountain Range and forms a huge main peak in the area of ​​Wolgok-ri, Gochang-eup and Sinpyeong-ri, Sillim-myeon, and is connected to Ipamsan Mountain in Jeongeup. It is called the Samshinsan Mountain of Jeollabuk-do along with Duseungsan Mountain in Jeongeup and Byeonsan Mountain in Buan.
