Hwayasan is a mountain 755 meters above sea level that straddles Oeseo-myeon, Gapyeong-gun and Seojeong-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun. The Bukhangang River forms Cheongpyeong Lake on the north side of the mountain, turns around and flows parallel to the south, so the view while hiking is beautiful. Pyorubong (709m), located at the northern end of the summit, and Godongsan Mountain (600m), cultivated on the western ridge, can both be considered peaks attached to Hwayasan Mountain. The ridge that divides east and west is densely forested and the valley is deep, so you can enjoy a satisfying hike at any time. Regardless of which course you choose, the hike will take more than 4 hours, so you should not take it lightly. Also, there is a lot of snow in winter, so you can truly experience the taste of winter hiking.
