It is a ranch specializing in animal welfare and forest conservation designated by the Korean Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Sheep graze freely on 205,000㎡ of wide grassland. The ranch, which completed its first barn in 1989 and introduced sheep in 1991, has grown into a ranch with the highest level of sheep breeding system in Korea. There are two main things to enjoy at Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm: walking on the trails and feeding. The 1.2 km long trail that surrounds the ranch takes about 40 minutes. You can walk along trails where wild plants grow and meet flocks of sheep grazing in the grasslands. For reference, sheep are grazed from mid-May to late October when grass grows in the pasture, and live in barns in the winter. At the beginning of the trail, there is a wooden hut that is famous as a SNS photo zone, and the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range seen from 920m above sea level, the midpoint of the trail and the top of the ranch, refreshes the congested heart. At the feeding experience center, which is the last course of the walk, you can feed hay to the sheep in the barn.
