Haesindang Park, the only park on the East Coast where penis worship folklore is passed down, consists of a fishing village folk exhibition hall where you can feel the lives of fishing villagers, and a penis sculpture park that brings out humorous laughter. In addition, the pine tree walking path along the park and the blue exciting sea come together to relieve stress and make it the biggest attraction on the East Coast where laughter viruses abound.

Once upon a time, there lived a virgin and a bachelor who promised to marry in Sinnam Village. One day, on his way to work on seaweed, the bachelor gives the girl a ride on a rock a short distance from the beach and returns, promising to return. But suddenly there were strong waves and a strong wind, and the girl fell into the sea and died. Afterwards, a rumor spread in this village that no fish could be caught because of the girl's vengeful spirit. One day, when a fisherman could not catch any fish, he urinated into the sea and returned with a large catch. Afterwards, in this village, on the first full moon of the first month, a life-shaped penis was carved out of wood and a ritual was held to appease the maiden's vengeful spirit. Even now, in this village, the custom of carving a penis and hanging it as a ancestral rite is being passed down every year on the first full moon of the first lunar month (1.15 of the lunar calendar) or the first day of the 10th month of the lunar calendar.
