Jeongseon Sheep Farm, which opened in July 2015 to celebrate the Year of the Sheep, is a place where green meadows and pure white sheep spread out at an altitude of 860m above sea level in harmony. This is the largest sheep ranch in the country, with a vast pasture of 224,000 m2, where about 200 sheep are raised. The original name is Hwangwoo Ranch, and it is run by CEO Kim Jeong-tae, who has been engaged in the livestock industry for over 30 years. In addition to sheep, the sheep ranch pastures 80 Korean beef and raises goats, donkeys, rabbits, peacocks, chickens, hedgehogs, and hamsters. You can experience watching and feeding animals. Around the sheep ranch, there is a hiking course that takes you up to 1,100 meters above sea level and a forest bathing area where natural disinfectants such as phytoncide and negative ions are generated, making it a place of relaxation for your mind and body.
