Expo Tower, located by Cheongcho Lake in Joyang-dong, Sokcho-si, is a high-tech observation tower in a natural park with mountains and lakes. Its dynamic form rising vertically symbolizes the future of Gangwon-do, and it creates various changes according to the spiral-shaped rising structure and the angle of reflection of the sun. .The observatory is 74m high and can accommodate about 100 people. When you climb up to the observatory, you can see the blue East Sea, Seoraksan Mountain, Ulsanbawi Rock, and Daecheongbong Peak, as well as a panoramic view of the city. The sunset and night views are especially beautiful, and there is an observation deck for migratory birds near Cheongchoho Lake.
