水营湾游艇中心位于广安里海滩和海云台海滩之间，建于 1986 年，是一个国际规模的体育场，在 86 年亚运会和 88 年汉城奥运会期间使用，可停泊 448 艘游艇，具有适当的自然条件。营造良好的游艇环境，成为国内外各类游艇比赛的举办地，成为游艇及海洋运动爱好者的热门场所。
设施包括游艇、帆板和潜艇训练设施，以及大型停车场和纪念纪念碑。 |
