아시아 최초의 슬로시티로 지정된 완도군 청산도에서는 매년 청산도 슬로걷기축제가 열린다. 매년 4월 열리는 이 축제는 바다를 배경으로 유채꽃과 보리를 감상할 수 있는 가장 좋은 시기다. 축제 기간 동안 방문객들은 다양한 문화행사와 전시에 참여하며 봄 풍경을 감상할 수 있다.
