남원 춘향제는 한국의 유명한 사랑 이야기인 춘향전을 바탕으로 춘향과 이몽룡의 사랑을 기념하는 축제입니다. 1931년부터 시작된 이 축제는 체험과 감동적인 공연을 통해 한국뿐만 아니라 해외 방문객들에게도 이야기를 전파하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 축제의 하이라이트는 많은 사람들이 모여드는 미인대회다.
