ホミゴット日の出祭りの主会場であるホミゴット村は、朝鮮半島の最東端に位置します。ホミゴット村とは、朝鮮半島が虎に似ていることから「虎の尾の上にある村」という意味です。
祭りでは、地元の文化公演や新年祝賀イベント、花火大会、サンライズコンサートなど多彩なパフォーマンスが行われます。訪問者は伝統的な正月料理であるトッククを無料で試食できます。その他、凧揚げや願いを込めたホープバルーンの打ち上げなど、一年を振り返り、新年の抱負を立てる楽しいひと時を提供します。 |
