盈徳日の出祭りは、大晦日から始まる毎年恒例の一晩のイベントです。今年は「希望の鐘、命の光」をテーマに盈徳三沙海洋公園で開催される。さらに、大邱放送（TBC）主催の音楽コンサートや日の出鑑賞、多様な体験プログラムなど、さまざまな新年のお祝いが行われる。
