石蘇門是流經江華邑鎮的同洛川的水閘。水閘建於1711年（北韓肅宗37年），與江華山城的內牆相連。它是一個拱形結構，設計有三道彩虹匯聚在一起。水閘由花崗岩製成，長 18.2 米，x 高度 2.7 米，拱門高 1.7 米，寬 3 米。
