银杏植物园由城南市运营。该花园原本是一个废弃的排水区，后来改造成一个带有植物园的生态公园。花园绿意盎然，植物、野花、昆虫种类繁多，是学生观赏和了解自然的理想场所。花园也是当地居民美丽的休闲场所。
