바람새마을 피크닉가든은 평택 수변공원으로 2013년 개장했다. 공원은 자연과 인간이 조화롭게 공존할 수 있는 공간이다. 2018년에는 공원이 저녁에 개장하는 구역을 포함해 4개의 테마 구역으로 나누어졌습니다. 공원 곳곳에는 솟대(나무 새장대)와 바람개비로 장식된 나무 산책로와 산책로가 있습니다.
