セミウォンは蓮の花だけを中心とした植物園です。この庭園には、日常生活、料理、執筆における蓮の花を紹介する世界唯一の博物館があります。 18万平方メートルの公園は池で構成されており、水をろ過して浄化してから漢江に戻します。この公園は、蓮の花が満開になる夏の時期が最も美しいですが、一年中季節の花々で彩られています。 Semiwon には、環境学習センター、体験センター、展示エリアなどの追加施設があります。
