孝園の鐘は八達山の頂上にあります。この鐘は、正祖の父である思悼世子に対する親孝行を讃えるために作られました。鐘には水原市とその文化財を表すさまざまなシンボルが描かれています。鐘は常に3回鳴らされます。1回目は両親の愛に感謝し、2回目は家族の幸せを願い、3回目は自己向上の祈りです。
