玉精湖は蟾津江ダムの建設時にできた人造湖です。 763 平方キロメートルの排水域には 4 億 3,000 万トンの水が溢れています。絵のように美しいこの湖は、全国の写真家に人気の撮影スポットであり、朝日に映る湿った霧は最も美しい光景の一つです。湖畔の遊歩道も人気のスポットです。
