거문도에서 동쪽으로 28km 떨어진 백도는 무인도가 모여 있는 섬이다. 가장 잘 알려진 섬으로는 매바위, 서방바위와 각시바위, 형제바위, 석불바위 등이 있는데, 각각의 바위에는 전설이나 신화가 담겨 있습니다. 백도는 여러 멸종위기종의 서식지이기도 한 자연보호구역으로, 인근 섬을 일주하는 크루즈를 타고야만 관찰할 수 있다.
