金烏島位於多島海海上國立公園內，形狀像一隻大水龜。關於這個島有許多寓言、民歌和民間遊戲。島上森林茂密，盛產野山參，曾是朝鮮時期的鹿狩獵場，僅供王室使用。
此外，該島也是黑波吉的產卵區。包括黑鯛在內，此釣魚地點也適合捕撈其他種類的魚類，如紅鯛、岩鯛等。島上生活著棕伯勞、雕鴞等35種珍稀鳥類，被譽為動物天堂。 |
