안동댐 보조댐 반대편 언덕 위에는 초가집이 드물게 보인다. 이 지역은 안동댐 건설과 함께 이전된 전통 가옥을 전시하는 사실상 야외 박물관이다. 야외박물관 입구에는 장승 2개가 세워져 있고, 그 뒤를 이어 안동시인이자 민주화운동가인 이육사의 시비를 새겼다. 비석에는 그의 대표작 '광야'가 새겨져 있다.
주변 관광지로는 안동댐 인근 안동민속촌을 비롯해 안동박물관, '태조 왕건(2000)' 촬영지인 이육사 기념비, 안동호 등이 있다. |
