安東水壩是洛東江上的一座多功能水壩。建造水壩的目的是防止下游地區遭受洪水破壞，並為農業、工業和住宅用水取得水。大壩於1976年完工，全長612公尺。 x_高度83米，可容納12億噸水。由大壩形成的安東湖是一個受歡迎的釣魚地點。
