扶餘羅城，又稱外城牆，是為了保護百濟首都泗沘而建造的。它的x_高度約為8.4公里。城牆環繞著扶蘇山城，一直延伸到扶餘市。
這座城牆是平壤最古老的城牆之一，估計建於 538 年左右，當時百濟首都從雲津（現在的公州）遷往泗泗（現在的扶餘）。城牆從東門所在地一直延伸到錦江一帶，是用泥土堆砌而成的。然而，昔日的輝煌只剩下一些痕跡。 目前，青山城以東20公尺範圍、石木里東門大橋、必書峰至鹽倉裡範圍等都留下了模糊的痕跡。外牆是陡坡，內牆則是緩坡，讓馬匹更容易到達牆頂的哨所。城內可見百濟王宮、衙門、房屋、寺廟、商店和保護設施。羅城的整體結構以錦江為特色，南側和西側有金剛江，形成了天然的雙重防禦體系。與青山城、青馬山城一起，是重要的外防設施之一。 * 面積：554,591 ㎡ |
