清風纜車沿著全長2.3公里的索道，載著乘客往返於清風面物岱里和飛峰山之間。總共有 43 個車廂，每輛車最多可容納 10 名乘客，其中 10 個車廂採用透明地板，可以鳥瞰清風面的驚心動魄的景色。纜車速度為5m/s，從出發點到飛峰山山頂約需10分鐘，每天最多可容納15,000名乘客。飛鳳山位於清風湖中心，海拔531公尺。從頂部看到的景色給人一種彷彿俯視群島的感覺。纜車讓孩子和老人可以欣賞美景，而無需徒步登頂。
