東湖海水浴場は、扶安郡辺山半島と全羅北道高敞郡の間にあるゴムソマン湾の南に位置しています。長さ 1 キロメートルの白い砂浜の周囲には、樹齢数百年の松の木が生い茂る緑の森が広がっています。特に森から眺める夕日は、降り注ぐ太陽の柔らかなピンク色が空を覆い、目を引きます。沖合の水深は比較的浅く、深さは 0.5 メートルから 1.5 メートルの間です。海水の塩分濃度が高いため、海水浴や砂浜浴に最適です。
森の上の丘には海の神を祀る寿城堂があり、毎年地元の漁師たちが大漁を祈願するために集まります。 |
