다대포해수욕장은 낙동강의 퇴적된 모래로 이루어져 있습니다. 수심이 얕고 모래사장이 넓어 아이들이 놀기 좋은 곳이다. 패들보딩, 카이트보딩 등 해변에서 수상 활동을 즐길 수 있습니다. 해안공원과 산책로가 추가되면서 방문객이 많아졌습니다. 해변 입구에는 대규모 음악바닥분수를 갖춘 대광장이 있다. 방문객들은 4월 말부터 10월까지 음악 분수를 즐길 수 있습니다.
