釜山大橋於 1934 年竣工，連接影島和大陸。它是一條工業道路，有利於從造船業中心和新興港口連東區的貨物運輸。
釜三大橋長260米，寬20米，車輛通行長度為16米，人行道兩側各長2公尺。橋下可通行x_高度14公尺以下的船舶，船舶可輕鬆往返於南北港口之間。與釜山大橋平行的是影島大橋，兩座橋之間的距離約為100公尺。 橋兩端連接長30公尺、寬16-20公尺的高架道路。這座橋也通往高速公路，然後連接京釜高速公路。 與同期建成的其他橋樑相比，釜山大橋在市民心中具有更大的意義，因為它是為了紀念釜山港建港100週年而建造的，象徵釜山的發展。 |
