石苏门是流经江华邑镇的同洛川的水闸。水闸建于1711年（朝鲜肃宗37年），与江华山城的内墙相连。它是一个拱形结构，设计有三道彩虹汇聚在一起。水闸由花岗岩制成，长 18.2 米，x 高度 2.7 米，拱门高 1.7 米，宽 3 米。
