소양호는 1973년 소양댐이 건설되면서 생겨났다. 소양호는 송어, 잉어, 빙어, 장어 등 민물고기가 잡히는 곳으로 유명하다. 물길은 인제까지 쭉 뻗어 있어 아름다운 풍경을 자랑한다. 소양댐 근처 선착장에서 청평사와 호수 주변까지 보트를 타고 수상 스포츠를 즐길 수 있습니다. 호수 주변에는 카페와 레스토랑이 많아 휴양지로도 좋습니다.
