白潭渓谷は白潭寺から仁済郡龍大里までの8キロメートルの区間にまたがる。渓谷には道路がありますが、一般通行は禁止されています。この渓谷は雪岳山国立公園内にあります。谷を流れる川は幅が広くて深い。渓谷の名前は、渓谷沿いに 100 (韓国では「ペク」) の水たまり (「ダム」) があるという主張に由来しています。白潭渓谷はきれいな水と緑豊かな森林が特徴です。
