鸡足山红土步道于 2006 年开通，是全国第一条生态疗愈赤脚步行道，沿着这条长 14.5 公里、充满松针香气的步道是一种保持健康的好方法。每年五月都有额外的周末活动，四月至十月期间，游客还可以从建于三国时期的鸡足山城欣赏大田市中心的景色。
