東港國際攝影節是代表性的攝影節，參與者廣泛，包括攝影愛好者、國內外攝影師以及江原道寧越居民。本屆攝影節由主展、東江攝影獎展、國際公開徵集、攝影記者展、江原道攝影師展、寧越郡攝影師展、小學攝影日記展、街頭裝置展和工作坊（寧越攝影之旅項目、繼續教育）組成。
