지리산남원바래봉 눈꽃축제는 전라북도 남원시 허브밸리와 바래봉 일대에서 개최된다. 운봉애향위원회가 주최하는 이번 축제에는 얼음썰매, 눈썰매, 눈사람 만들기, 눈싸움 등 다양한 겨울 액티비티가 펼쳐진다. 운봉허브밸리는 눈이 녹지 않는 높은 고도 덕분에 눈 덮인 들판이 장관을 이룬다.
