The Korea Tourism Organization (the “KTO”) and Tencent (the “Partner”) hereby enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for partnership and cooperation for the advancement of digital marketing in the Korean tourism sector with the following terms and conditions.

This MOU aims to specify the matters that require cooperation regarding the advancement of digital marketing in the Korean tourism sector and ensure that the Parties carry out the said cooperation with due diligence.
