鐵原設施管理辦公室位於孤石亭國立旅遊園區內，是舉辦鐵原旅遊的主要旅遊中心。從1976年鐵原郡治安旅遊地開發計畫開始，交通部於1977年將孤石亭指定為孤石亭國立旅遊區。石亭國家旅遊區的鐵三角戰場被用作安全教育場所。統一大廳內設有各種展覽，提供與當前和過去的生活方式進行比較的資訊以及軍事設備，包括室外展覽區展示的各種飛機。教育館裡正在播放鐵原的宣傳影片。同樣，展廳也陳列著各種材料，讓人思考北韓和南韓的統一。
