沙漏公園被東海、山脈和正東津二里村包圍。沙漏公園有鬆樹、面向大海的長椅，並可通往正東津海灘。公園中央有一個巨大的沙漏，尺寸為一年。沙漏公園是江陵市和三星電子公司於 1999 年為紀念即將到來的千禧年而建立的。此次紀念活動的一部分是在公園建造巨型沙漏。該沙漏直徑8.06米，x寬3.2米，重40噸，可容納8噸沙子，是世界上最大的沙漏之一。沙子需要整整一年的時間才能流到底部，然後每年元旦午夜沙漏又重新開始。
