九窩村位於梅峰山入口處的Pijae山（也稱為三水嶺）下方。該村因地勢酷似九頭牛悠閒地躺臥的景象而得名。高山植物園位於海拔800-900公尺，保護瀕臨絕種的高山植物物種免於滅絕。
植物園也為遊客提供了方便觀察一些稀有花卉和植物的機會。八月，向日葵盛開的時候，九窩村會舉辦太白向日葵節。除了慶祝該地區色彩繽紛的鮮花外，該節日還舉辦各種活動，例如繪畫展、攝影展和使用再利用材料的環境雕塑展。 |
