豐水院是第一個天主教村莊，在申泰甫（或聖彼得）的帶領下，有40 多名來自龍仁（京畿道）的信徒為了躲避1801 年新尤巴凱（天主教徒的宗教迫害）的憤怒而定居下來。奧古斯丁）和中國人接替了Le Merre。
