實美海灘也被稱為 Keunmuri 海灘，位於舞衣島。乾淨的沙灘在鬱鬱蔥蔥的松樹林的襯托下美麗地伸展開來，松樹林非常茂密，即使在中午也無法讓陽光照射進來。面向海灘的是實尾島，是韓國電影《實尾島》（2003）的拍攝地，這部影片取材自韓國特種部隊684部隊的悲慘故事。退潮時可以顯示通往沒有居民的島嶼的路徑。因此，遊客應注意潮汐時間，以了解何時可以返回大陸。
