Minmeoru海灘是江華島西邊小島席毛島的一個海灘。遊客可以在廣闊的沙灘上享受海水浴，欣賞西海美麗的日落。退潮時，會出現一片長約一公里的泥灘。泥灘非常光滑，是蛤、螃蟹等海洋生物的家。建議遊客在泥灘行走時穿著膠靴或膠鞋，以免腳部受傷。附近有梨柳正港和章古塘港，遊客還可以享受海釣的樂趣。附近的熱門旅遊景點包括摩崖石佛（刻在懸崖上的佛像）和據說由善德女王在新羅時期建造的普文寺。
