寒碧堂位於全羅北道，被指定為第 15 號有形文化財產。 閒碧堂建在勝岩山腳下，可以看到下面全州川的美麗景色。 此後，附近修建了一條大型高速公路，破壞了自然美景。 過去，許多作家常到寒碧堂尋找寫作靈感。 該亭以從山上流下的山霧之美而聞名，因此成為全州八景之一。
