梅美城是市民白順三為了保護農作物免受自然災害而獨自建造的城牆，白順三在2003 年颱風梅美的襲擊中失去了耕地。一座讓人想起的城堡。它的規模和設計是如此之大，以至於很難相信它是在沒有藍圖的情況下建造的。
