美珍島距離統營港13公里。島上的主要景點是550公尺長的海灘。由於島嶼的獨特構造，海灘似乎連接著兩個獨立的島嶼，因此可以從海灘上觀看日出和日落。西側是沙灘，東側是卵石灘。美珍島也是享受海釣或在自然美景中放鬆身心的好地方。
