Surime是韓國傳統美食體驗中心，由樸美淑（Park Mi-suk）擁有和經營，他師從無形文化財產第38號朝鮮王朝禦膳黃惠成（Hwang Hye-seong）。該學院開展向所有人開放的各種傳統烹飪體驗課程。該研究所位於被指定為文化財產的崔家住宅的圍牆內，佔地超過 1,652.89 平方米，韓屋建築保存完好，已有 100 多年歷史。
