德山溫泉位於忠清南道禮山郡德山面沙洞裡，距離首爾僅一個半小時車程，交通便利。水療度假村的溫泉自朝鮮王朝（1932-1910）以來就以其功效而聞名，45℃的鍺水因其健康益處而廣為人知。自 1917 年以來，該地區一直是主要溫泉度假村的所在地。
