東部倉庫曾是舊菸草製造廠的菸葉倉庫，透過文化體育觀光部的文化再生工程，被改造為文化藝術空間。目前保持工廠倉庫的原貌，作為紅磚木桁架建築的現代文化遺產，極具保存價值。這個迷人的文化空間包含 1900 年代的現代和當代面貌，提供各種活動，如計劃的表演和節日，以及空間租賃。
