龍巖寺位於長龍山中坡，是法住寺的分寺。它建於新羅時期。與更常見的寺廟佈局不同，龍巖寺的石塔獨特地坐落在北部的一座低山峰上，可以看到四面八方的景色。這裡有被指定為國寶的龍巖寺東西三層石塔，以及大聖殿內的石窟佛和木造阿彌陀佛坐像。
